Senior HR Manager Austria

As Senior HR Manager you will lead our local recruiting team and be responsible for the entire Employment Life Cycle - from talent search and employer branding activities, onboarding, compensation and development to offboarding. As an HR Business Partner, you are also the first point of contact for management and implement HR programs with a view to local labor law. You will develop our HR strategically, ensure an innovative orientation and, through your international experience, also ensure the support of our various locations in Europe.


  • At least 7 years of experience as HR generalist in a leading position, ideally in an international technology group
  • University degree, e.g. MBA with HR focus
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, payroll & employment law and the role of a strategic business partner
  • The ability to guide management and team through complex issues while keeping an eye on labor laws and regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, innovation spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills as well as strategic and conceptual strength
  • Passion for current developments in HR, from digitization to new ways of working
  • Very good knowledge of English
